Their wedding day was a lovely blue skied day in Crawfordsburn, but very cold so it was a very easy decision to decide to take all of the group shots in front of the lovely big fire outside the back of the hotel. It's been a couple of years since I've shot at the Crawfordburn Inn so this new addition is absolutely gorgeous, especially the stained glass windows. Lauren and Gary also decided to have a dove release which was quite entertaining, especially witnessing some of the expressions on the faces of the wedding party when the birds flew out of their hands!
After all of the main group shots were over, Lauren and Gary took us to their honeymoon cottage which is also in the grounds of the Crawfordsburn Inn's gardens and it was absolutely perfect for shots, so after some re-arranging of the furniture Lauren and Gary became naturals again in front of the camera.
It has been absoultely lovely getting to know the two of you over this past year, and seeing you Lauren on your wedding day when you stepped out of the car took my breath away. It's been absolutely lovely seeing you blossom into a gorgeous bride. And Gary, you didn't do too badly yourself!
Thank you for letting me and Kirsty be a part of your day xo
