The internet is a wonderful thing...

And without it I would not have had the pleasure to meet Josh Newton. I follow a lot of photographers through facebook and had spoken briefly to Josh through it but it was only when he mentioned how excited he was to have bought flights to Dublin with his housemates for a week that I demanded that he had to come up north and visit Northern Ireland!! A few weeks later Josh and his lovely friends CJ and Michael landed on our doorstep!

First on the list of places to go was Grace Neill's Pub, the oldest pub in Ireland and a 5 min walk from our house! I think my dad may have forced quite a lot of guinness on them all but the conversation was facinating around the table and just so enjoyable. Josh is a wedding photographer from California and I would kill to have his weather over here but as we headed up to the North Coast the next morning to visit The Giants Causeway and Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge I became rather very proud of our landscapes and our way of life.

Thanks guys for an unforgetable two days and all the best for the future ahead back in California!
