Maggie, Lloyd and Rian

I always knew there really was something special about these three after reading their competition entry that they sent to me a few months ago, and meeting them in person on Sunday, only confirms that. I've met a lot of eight year olds in my time, especially working in the family business (a heck of a lot of childrens birthday parties in the 5 years since we opened!!) and there aren't many that I can compare to Rian. He is the most patient, polite, loving and kind young man I've ever met, and I don't say that lightly either. He truly was, and that reflects perfectly upon Maggie and Lloyd.

And that brings me to Maggie. Everything about Maggie is just beautiful. I've a feeling it would embarrass her to talk about her more, so I will simply say that she just adores Rian and the bond between these two is so strong and so easy to see that it is just so naturally perfect that this young man will walk his mum down the aisle on her wedding day.

And then there is Lloyd. It seems so strange to me that these two met on a blind date, because he compliments Maggie so perfectly, it just seems that it was always made to be that way. The perfect fit.

I love the movie The Holiday - and yes I know it can be cheesy but what can I say, I have a wee thing for Jack Black and Jude Law! - and there's a bit in the movie where Jude Law is lying in a home made tent with his two children and Cameron Diaz - A tent which I totally want to make for myself one day, and I'm really not kidding, but, anyway - one of the children says that they, along with Jude, are the three muskateers and when I think of that line, I think of three people. Maggie, Lloyd and Rian. It seems to me, that no matter what the universe will throw at these three, they will be there for each other every single step of the way, looking out for each other and always being there. These three are made from powerful stuff :)

If you had not accepted my offer to be a part of your wedding day, I have a sneaky suspision, that I would have trampled the other photographer and made sure that I had to be a part of it. Not only have I fallen in love with the (soon to be) Fee Family, but my family have fallen in love with you too. And I also have a sneaky suspicion that my Mum may turn up that day as an extra pair of hands to help out!! lol =)

Your wedding month and date means something special to the both of us and I can think of no better way of spending the last day of my 26th year, than with you three.
