Proud

I'm the youngest of four daughters. And when I say youngest, it's only by twelve minutes. However it was me coming after those twelve minutes instead of before them that determined that I am always going to be the baby of the family no matter what age I become.

And that's not a bad thing. Especially when I have three older sisters like mine.

And I don't mean for this to come off as a slushy blog post. Not at all. But it's the recent events of this week that is having me write this down, out there for everyone to see and know just how proud I am of my sisters. Right now.

I'm not going to lie, there are times I could absolutely throttle them, we are all far from perfect. But they are the only sisters I have and I adore them, even though I don't show it at times. I really do. And it seems very important for me to take a few minutes out of my day to tell them this.

I am personally making it my mission to get a photograph of all four of us together this summer, but until then this is the last photograph I could find with all of us infront of the camera.

As Fatboy Slim so aptly put it 'We've come a long long way together, through the hard times and the good, I have to celebrate you baby I have to praise you like I should.' I am more proud than ever to be a Rodgers girl and I'm thinking of you all.
