I really can't quite believe that it's Christmas Eve! I look back on the year and at times wonder how we got through it. In a way 2010 really has been a transitional year. It began with endings when in early January my Uncle died suddenly. As much as that has been tough for everyone throughout the family we took hope knowing that this year also brought new beginnings when my sister and my cousin both married their partners. Also it's good to know that 2011 also brings with it two bundles of joy as my sister is currently pregnant with twins. It's very exciting as a twin myself to be an auntie to twins so we look forward to that :)
Business wise I want to thank all my bride and grooms. Thank you for choosing me to be a part of your big day. It truly is an honor. To all the people who have got in front of my camera, again thank you. A lot of you we met as strangers and to quite a few of you i've become firm friends! Who else gets that in their day job?! It's amazing. It just feels fantastic to have captured a moment in your life and as the past year has taught us time is precious, thank you for spending it with me.
Also on a final note! A big thank you to my photographer friends (you know who you are!) thank you for joining me on shoots and weddings, inviting me to join you on yours and most importantly for the coffee catch ups, girlie shopping days and the whinges on email when I'm a tad stressed out. I can't wait to see you and work with you again in 2011 xo
Here is a recap of some of my most favourite memories in photos from 2010:
The first time ever in a helicopter!
And finally, one of the very few pictures I took of my twin sis lovely on her wedding day xox
There were so many lovely memories to choose from! Thank you everyone and have here's hoping the New Year brings you lots of love xox
